Pentonville Lodge Stud is responsible for your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 04581637, with our registered office at 32 Ashcombe, Rochford, Essex SS4 1SL.

For anything about your data, send a message, email nikki@pentonvillelodge.com or ring 01992 89 2662.

Only what you choose to send us:

• Message form — your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what your message is about, and your message.
• Review form — your name, email address, rating, review, and a photo if you add one.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp — whatever you include when you contact us directly.

We use your details to reply to you and to arrange lessons, training, livery or visits you ask about. This is in our legitimate interest in running the yard, or needed to take steps you’ve asked for before a booking.

Reviews are published only with your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Your email address is never published. We don’t send marketing, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone for their own use.

Your details are seen by Nikki and the people who help run the yard. We also use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions, then forwards them to us by email.
• Our email providers store the messages we receive and send.
• WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries messages you send us there, under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with what you’ve asked about, and reviews for as long as they appear on the website. After that we delete them.

Under UK data protection law you can:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
• ask us to delete your information, including taking down a published review
• object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time

Just get in touch — there’s no charge.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
