Sky High II, the silver badge elite show jumper by Goborius Ranaldo, has a new job at Pentonville Lodge: he is now one of the yard’s adult training horses.
A career at the top
He began his career in dressage before his jump was spotted. He went on to win over £10,000, spent years in the Middle East as the best show jumping stallion in Dubai, and was consistently placed in Grands Prix after returning to the UK, until he retired at nineteen.
Why he suits adult riders
He has very good bone, has never suffered from lameness, and one of the nicest things about him is his kind and gentle nature. A horse with that experience gives adult riders the chance to learn from a horse that has done it all.
